Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground to ensure safe and timely delivery of our products.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders during promotions or when order minimums are met. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Damaged Packages

We package all orders carefully to protect against damage. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tommysgreekfoods@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the package and product. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Tommy’s Foods is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered but not received. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact UPS directly with your tracking information. We are happy to assist if further help is needed.

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

During the holiday season, we recommend placing orders by December 15 to ensure delivery by Christmas. Please note that carriers may experience delays during peak periods, so we encourage ordering early to avoid disruptions.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.
